Can someone explain why DC is putting up new boards, and if they're going to replace the old ones. Personally, I don't like the new ones. Besides the fact that I haven't been able to register on them, I also think the type is too small to comfortably read. What was the point in reducing the type?

The DC boards are being consolidated with the other Warner boards. This is about saving money and exercizing control.
